A Panel & Frame System that ‘CLIK’s together.
‘CLIK’ is a panel and frame building system. Our pre-fabricated panels click into an aluminium frame. All connection are working without traditional fixings. No nuts and bolts, which saves tremendous amounts of construction time. The panels are light-weight, aluminium framed with foam infills for insulation. There is no need for classical earthwork to set up a foundation. The foundations comes as a ground anchor system that can be set up by one person.
All components are designed to fit a standard shipping container. Logistically that means, ‘CLIK’ can be delivered to anywhere in the world, easily transported to the building site and then set up, even by a small team of non-skilled laborers.
The main advantage of a whole building system clicking together is to find in the fact, that it can be disassembled. There is no need for demolition, which means there is no rubble, no waste. The parts can be transported to another building site and reused or the building can be reconfigured on the spot, to offer different floor plans for different usage.
Everything on grid.
‘CLIK’ works on a 2.5m by 1.25m grid. All components, doors, windows and wall panels are designed and pre-fabricated to suite that grid. This feature makes ‘CLIK’ also well suited for the shift into AI-aided design. Having each part located in a fixed grid is the perfect basis this.
No earthwork.
One factor in construction work that takes a lot of time and increases building costs are earthworks. ‘CLIK’ works with a ground anchor system, which the aluminium frame rests on. This solution offers an extremely strong foundation, that is also of advantage during natural catastrophes, like earthquakes.
No nuts or bolts.
Everything clicks into the aluminium frame, without the use of traditional fixings. Windows, doors and wall-panels are all pre-fabricated and simply click into the frame. There is no need anymore to buy building materials from different locations and design around different standards.
Adjustable Stairs.
On top of the building structured being pre-fabricated an easy to assembly, ‘CLIK’ also ships with an adjustable stair system. The stairs can be configured into platforms, traditional stairs in different angles or ladders, to suite every possible building design.
